Welcome to FitIn! Please introduce yourself.
Hi, I am Nora Mazit and I am a personal trainer and fitness bootcamp instructor with a background in Martial Art. I help my clients to lose weight, build muscles and feel better in their skin. My objective is to deliver results to my clients so I am very meticulous in building individual workout program for each of my client. . I have always been active and dedicated my life to a healthy lifestyle and the benefits have been SO huge that I share this to my clients with passion.
I have been in Fitness and martial art pretty much all my life and competed in Taekwondo and Thaiboxing for many years. So beside helping you lose weight, build muscles and feel better in your skin I also teach Boxing, Thaiboxing, & Kickboxing. Having said that I can add some boxing into your workout or simply build boxing sessions for you, no matter what your technique or skill level is.
Tell us a bit about the classes you teach?
I offer 2 different options: Personal Training and Boxing, Thaiboxing or Kickboxing sessions.
I provide 60 minutes 1-on-1 personal training sessions (usually people buy a package). This is the best way to get the attention you need to reach your goals the quickest with a minimum of 2-3 times a week.
I work with adults of all ages, 1-on-1, couples or group of 4; training in your home, condo gym, regular gym and even outdoors.
After assessing your goals and your fitness level I proceed to put together a customized, fun, challenging, result-oriented program, you will see results. I always use a very individualized approach to working with people based on fitness level, the way their body works, and what their overall health and fitness goals are.
What inspires you on a daily basis?
One thing that keeps me inspired daily is the continual progress that my clients make towards getting stronger, losing weight, gaining new knowledge and feeling better in their skin.
I love seeing my clients evolve, change and surprise themselves towards this new challenge. I love seeing new clients feeling less anxious about doing something good for themselves as I am here to keep them motivated and encourage them in keeping the good work.
What kind of music is your favourite to work out to?
If I work out I crank the music to a bit that make me feel like I want to give 100% of myself and in general I listen to deep house, techno house, progressive techno, and house. However, when it comes to teaching my clients, I will simply ask them what they feel like listening as I know how music is important for a great workout and help them push themselves and…. especially feel good. J
Do you have a catchphrase or favourite saying? Share it with us!
My favourite saying is “EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE IN LIFE!” If you have health you can do anything. You just need to believe in it, be motivated and do it. When it comes to do anything to feel good and help your body it will always thank you for giving love.
What’s your favourite time of day to work out and why?
I like working out in the early morning, but I also like during the day or evening.
In the morning, it’s a great way to start the day; in the evening it helps me to sleep better at night.
What’s your trainer/instructor superpower?
I am good at transferring my energy to others and pumping them for their workout. I have the ability to empower them while making sure that there are doing the proper movement during the workout.
