Hi, I’m Robert Savin and I’m a Fitness Coach/Personal Trainer in Toronto.
Tell us a bit about the classes you teach?
I help people lose weight permanently and build lean muscle for life in a simple and healthy manner. My priority is delivering results to my clients, thus based on their goals, current fitness level and lifestyle, I design specific training and nutrition programs and help guide them to success.
I specialize in fat loss and muscle building, however other benefits include increased overall body strength & coordination, increased energy levels, enhanced mood and mental clarity, increased overall confidence, as well as a higher understanding of your own body.
What inspires you on a daily basis?
My inspiration comes from the idea that we are all here for a purpose and the more I strive to better myself, the closer I’ll get to my purpose and be in a higher position to make an impact and help others do the same.
What’s your absolute favourite thing to do?
I’d have to say going to music festivals and dance the night (or day) away.
What’s your greatest fitness challenge, and how do you deal with it?
For me, I look forward to challenging myself both mentally and physically for the rewards of doing so are fantastic. That same energy and passion I strive to pass onto my clients so they can do the same.
If you could work out with anyone alive or dead, who would it be?
That’s a tough question, but I’d have to go with Arnold. A grueling 3-hour chest and back workout coupled with cheeky Arnie humor sounds great to me!
If you could do one thing (that you can’t currently do), what would it be?
I would take a year to myself and travel the world. It’s on my bucket list though!
